Rest, Sunday April 24, 2005
I was still recovering from the flu/seasickness on sunday so spent most of the day resting, and eating whatever small snacks I could get down without feeling too sick!
I intend to post daily updates to my freedive training log. My goals for this year are to do a 6 minute static (holding breath while immersed), a 125m dynamic (swimming laps in pool with fins) and a 55m constant weight dive (swimming to depth with fins). Some of my favorite Freediving Links are on the right hand side.
