Breaststroke - 15 laps - aprx 300m 12 minutes
Fins on - 15 laps - aprx 300m 12 minutes
total 1km in 39 minutes
I intend to post daily updates to my freedive training log. My goals for this year are to do a 6 minute static (holding breath while immersed), a 125m dynamic (swimming laps in pool with fins) and a 55m constant weight dive (swimming to depth with fins).
