Cardio
15 minutes on Eliptical trainer = 200 calories
55 minutes on stairmaster incline at 4.5 speed at 2.7 for 600 calories and 2.5 miles
I intend to post daily updates to my freedive training log. My goals for this year are to do a 6 minute static (holding breath while immersed), a 125m dynamic (swimming laps in pool with fins) and a 55m constant weight dive (swimming to depth with fins).
