Went for a 12 minute run this morning was nearly a mile.

Freedive Training Log
I intend to post daily updates to my freedive training log. My goals for this year are to do a 6 minute static (holding breath while immersed), a 125m dynamic (swimming laps in pool with fins) and a 55m constant weight dive (swimming to depth with fins). Some of my favorite Freediving Links are on the right hand side.

Came across your blog today while at work :). Used to live in South Florida 96-1999 and used to Freedive spearfish at every opportunity ... about once a week. Had to move back to MN in March 2000. I loved freedive spearfishing more than anything else I have ever done in my life. I used to run a website called "Freediving in Florida" and another called "Floridive.com".
Well ... I'll be checking out your blog from time to time as a way of jogging my memory ... been so long since I've been in the water that at night I can't even dream about it correctly ... though I still dream about dropping down to two atmospheres, doing aspetto, and waiting for that cubera snapper to show it's head above the reef.
