Sunday - O2 Tables
Monday
AM - pool training as per prior week
PM - gym - apnea weights + 1 hour of cardio
Tuesday
AM - CO2 Tables
PM - Gym 20 minutes of interval training - 1 hour of cardio
Wednessday PM - O2 Tables
Thursday
AM - pool training as per prior
PM - gym - apnea weights +1 hour of cardio
Friday
AM - CO2 tables
PM - gym 20 minutes interval + 1 hour of cardio
Saturday
Depth training... hopefully ;)
