Training - Monday July 23
6am Pool session at the YMCA:
150m front crawl
50m breaststroke
200m kicking w/ fins
4 X 25 - underwater fast w/ 10 breaths in between
4 X 25 - underwater slow w/ 10, 9, 8 ,7 breaths before lap
I intend to post daily updates to my freedive training log. My goals for this year are to do a 6 minute static (holding breath while immersed), a 125m dynamic (swimming laps in pool with fins) and a 55m constant weight dive (swimming to depth with fins).
