I intend to post daily updates to my freedive training log. My goals for this year are to do a 6 minute static (holding breath while immersed), a 125m dynamic (swimming laps in pool with fins) and a 55m constant weight dive (swimming to depth with fins). Some of my favorite Freediving Links are on the right hand side.
OK so, this is a bit rediculous but I'm finally back in action, although I've moved to Calgary, Alberta and I'm moving this blog on over to www.freshairfiend.blogspot.com.
